Stevens mentorship journey began long before Adjusting Online; throughout his entire career in insurance adjusting, Steven found fulfillment in mentoring others, training family, friends, and many aspiring adjusters. His passion for teaching was evident when he successfully trained 12 new adjusters simultaneously during a catastrophe adjustment.  With over 23 years of experience in the insurance adjusting field  and his deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry inspired him to create Adjusting Online, where he merges his expertise with innovative teaching techniques to foster a supportive learning environment. Steven’s unwavering commitment to excellence and his genuine desire to see others thrive are the core motivations driving Adjusting Online’s success.

In 2008 after Hurricane Ike, he moved on to become a Claims Manager running day-to-day operations for a large independent firm, and eventually became the head of Reviewing for quality control of the entire company’s field work. Before Hurricane Sandy, he was able to help start an Insurance Adjusting Firm dedicated to working Flood Claims in the nation’s NFIP program. During Hurricane Sandy, the adjusting firm was able to pay out his team of adjusters over $3 Million Dollars in combined earnings. Steven has been and always will be dedicated to training new adjusters to handle both Day & CAT Claims. Throughout his career, Steven has taught for several adjusting schools. He has taught Software, policy, and inspections, eventually co-founding Adjusting Online to bring his skill set as an instructor to the online arena.

Rick Gossett is the President and Co-owner of Adjusting Online, LLC.

Rick has been a business owner and entrepreneur since 1999. He has successfully owned and operated Real Estate Management companies, House Design and Development companies, Investment Groups and an Investment club.

Rick’s past job experiences include: Real Estate Business President, Bank VP/Branch Manager, General Manager Electronics Industry, Finance, Sales and Training. He has also owned and operated other various small businesses, started numerous companies and concretely believes in multiple streams of income.

Rick has a passion for helping others getting started, developing their work skills to make them highly sought after, in demand, and well suited for todays complex workplace. Rick also enjoys helping others expand their minds and increase their income potential by implementing successful Business Models, Real Estate Portfolio’s, and Investment Opportunities.

Chastity is a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Adjusting Online who has personally witnessed her husband’s unwavering commitment to helping others. When he expressed his desire to create Adjusting Online, she wholeheartedly supported him, recognizing his passion as a genuine calling.

Driven by a desire to learn and assist others, she began mastering various software programs for website development and video editing. Her enthusiasm for the digital realm, especially the behind-the-scenes efforts of digital design, led her to understand that her expertise in technology and design would be invaluable in launching Adjusting Online.

Chastity holds a certification in Premiere Pro from the American Graphics Institute and has recorded, designed, and produced over 300 videos for Adjusting Online. As the lead designer for digital marketing and web design, she is thrilled to be part of a company that leverages her online skills while enabling others to forge new career paths.

Lindsey Gossett is the CFO and co-owner of Adjusting Online, LLC.

Lindsey has been a successful, full-time Real Estate Entrepreneur, Small Business Owner and Home Builder since 2009. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Lindsey’s past job/education experiences include acquisition and sales for a Texas Real Estate Investment Firm, Elementary School Teacher with specialization in Reading Skills. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. She has a sincere passion for helping her partners, clients, students and other customers succeed in obtaining their work and business goals and dreams
